No. After verified payment, our team manually slices your model using software outside this application. Fitting within the build volume does not guarantee printability. Supports, adhesion structures and production suitability are reviewed during preparation.

The build volume is 210 × 210 × 210 mm. Configured edge clearance reduces the accepted dimensions. Scaling and orientation affect the accepted dimensions.

Each printed item uses one selected PLA colour. Available colours depend on current inventory. Colours on your screen may differ from the finished print.

Yes, customer shipping is ₹0 for supported delivery locations. Current shipping regions and production guidance are available on our shipping page.

We place the order on hold, explain the issue and ask for your approval before proceeding. Your paid quotation remains the accepted price. Additional work needs a separately accepted quotation and explicit payment. If production cannot proceed, staff will resolve cancellation and refund options.
